Soap lasts longer in a dish that allows for proper drainage. Please allow soap to dry between uses. For the unused soap bars, keep away from direct sunlight/heat and store in a dry area. A closet or drawer works great, AND you get some nice-smelling clothes (if that's what you're into).
Handmade soap usually lasts about a year, sometimes more. You may notice some changes as natural soap ages. Yes, soap can get rancid depending on the shelf life of the oils / additives used. Bottom line: use the good soap and treat yourself!
Unless otherwise specified, my processing time is 1-4 days as I ship usually on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipping time varies depending on the carrier, but it is usually 3-4 business days. I ship to the US only.
Returns and exchanges:
Sorry y'all, but I don't accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I will gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order.
Because cold process soaps typically need at least 4 weeks to cure, please place your order at least 6-8 weeks prior. This gives both of us time to make your order exactly how you want it. Refer to the custom orders section on how to place your custom order.
I've got a page for that! You have to be a business to purchase wholesale.
Soap making classes / workshops:
Yes. I offer both! Please check out this page with details or email me for info.
Almost all of my packaging is reused or recyclable! I do my best reuse bubble wrap, plastic pillows, and boxes from prior packaging.
If you'd like your soaps specifically wrapped or packaged, let me know! I will do my best to accommodate.
You didn't answer my question...
I guess I'm not a mind reader after all. Please send me a message. I usually respond in 1-2 business days.
